KNOWN ISSUES & HELP

When the table will not cooperate

Safe first checks, community report topics, and a useful bug report template.

Before restarting: preserve the log

A · DEVELOPER REPORTING INSTRUCTIONS · OCTOBER 16, 2026

If you plan to report a fault, collect the existing log before opening the game again. A developer reply warns that another launch may overwrite it. Follow the Windows log and evidence guide, which also distinguishes an old brown-screen report from a confirmed current defect.

Reports are not confirmed bugs

The discussion index reviewed on November 5 includes topics about microphones, voice chat, matchmaking, ultrawide resolution and an FPS lock. These are community report topics, not developer-confirmed defects. We did not reproduce them or verify fixes.

The checks below are general PC troubleshooting suggestions. They should not be presented as guaranteed HANDS OVER fixes.

Start with the symptom

I cannot hear or be heard

Test the microphone and output device in Windows first. Check input permissions and confirm the intended devices are selected. If audio works outside the game, record whether the failure affects game audio, player voices, or both. Inspect the current game settings for relevant options; their availability has not been verified here.

I cannot join a session

Compare the exact title and installed update with the other players. Check Steam connectivity. Note whether joining fails for every host or just one. Use the multiplayer checklist to isolate the failing step.

The display is stretched or controls are off-screen

Record your monitor resolution and scaling. If the game offers windowed mode or a different resolution, test one change and record the result. Do not edit undocumented configuration values based on an unrelated game’s guide.

The game crashes or runs slowly

Compare the published hardware minimums, note the launch stage or scene where the issue occurs, and check whether other applications are consuming resources. If available in Steam’s game properties, file verification is a reasonable next check. Preserve saves and diagnostic evidence before considering a reinstall.

Create a useful report

Copy this template, fill it in, then post it yourself in the official community. Remove account names, email addresses and other personal details from screenshots or logs.
